Ovation Development, a Molasky company, recently completed $16.5 million, 142-unit Acapella senior housing complex at 5025 E. Mohave Ave. in Las Vegas. The three-story, two-building complex, on 3.3 acres, consist of 93 one-bedroom units and 49 two bedroom units. The community is restricted to seniors 55 years or older earning below 40% to 50% of area median income. Acapella is 90% pre-leased. The project was nearly 75% financed from a competitive award of federal low income housing taxing credit.
