Pace Contracting Co. is building the $1,109,000 second phase of the 13-acre Raptor Play Park at the northwest corner of Tropical Parkway and Durango Road in Las Vegas. The project will add landscaping, lighted sidewalk extensions, a picnic shade shelter, benches and tables, plus a full-scale F-22 Raptor Stealth Fighter Jet exhibit. Stanley Consultants, Inc. is the design consultant, with Don W. Ryden, AIA of Phoenix, Ariz., as specialty designer for the Raptor exhibit.
