Panattoni Development Co. named Paul Kinne development manager for its Reno office. He will manage development of industrial and office properties, coordinating aspects of land acquisition, manage project construction budgets and underwriting development feasibility. Kinne most recently worked as vice president of marketing and competitive expansion for the Economic Development Authority of Western Nevada.
