Panattoni Development Co. bought 29.94 acres of land at the corner of Lake Mead Boulevard and US-95 in Henderson for $6.2 million, or $207,080-per-acre, from Century Properties 18 LLC. Colliers International’s Pat Marsh and Sam Newman represented the buyer.
