Midland Note Pass Cert 3665 LLC bought the 40-year-old, 192-unit Parkview Point apartments, on 2.27 acres, at 3675 Cambridge St. in Las Vegas for $4.5 million, or $23,438 per unit, from 3665 Cambridge LLC. NAI Sauter Cos.’ Devin Lee and Patrick Sauter represented the seller. The two-building, 69,724-square-foot complex was 60% occupied at the time of sale. The purchase price equals $65 per square foot.
