Fortress Equities LLC signed bought the 27,459-square-foot Ponderosa Office Park, on 2.07 acres, at 5215-5245 Ponderosa Way in Las Vegas for $3.05 million, or $111-per-square-foot, from BRWHP Properties LLP. Fortis Commercial Advisors’ Joe Anderson and Josh Barker represented the buyer.
