Torrent Holdings Inc. bought a 9-year-old 11,000-square-foot industrial building, on 0.73 acres, at 2512 Abels Lane in Las Vegas for $650,000, or $59-per-square-foot, from Abels Lane LLC. Millennium Commercial’s Dana Souter represented the seller; Remax Commercial Sky Mesa’s Joe Spolentin represented the buyer.
