JD Industrial LLC bought 1.25 acres at Post Road and Hinson Street in Las Vegas for $420,000, or $336,000 per acre, from Post Road & Hinson Properties LLC. Colliers International’s Dan Doherty, Chris Lane and Jerry Doty represented the buyer; Colliers International’s Spencer Pinter represented the seller.
