Located on the Southeast corner of Wigwam Parkway and Business Center Drive in Henderson, the parcel sold for $3,405,695. Dan Doherty, SIOR, Susan Borst, CCIM, Chris Lane and Jerry Doty of Colliers International represented the buyer.
