Prologis bought a 9-year-old, 420,000-square-foot industrial building, on 20 acres, inside the Cheyenne Distribution Center at 4150 E. Cheyenne Ave. in Las Vegas for $23,250,000, or $55-per-square-foot, from MEPT Cheyenne LLC. Cushman & Wakefield-Commerce’s Susan Borst and Mike Hillis represented the seller. ProLogis previously paid $7 million, or $41 per square foot, for another 71,000-square-foot building inside the Cheyenne Distribution Center at 2875 N.
