Alexander Road in Las Vegas for $360,000, or $111-per-square-foot, from Viza Real Estate Holdings LLC. Newmark Grubb Knight Frank’s Chris Godino and David Lipp represented the seller; Sun Commercial Real Estate’s Cathy Jones represented the buyer.
