Rancho Drive in Las Vegas for $425,000, or $52 per square foot, from U.S.Acquisition Property XXVII LLC. C Squared Real Estate Services’ Paul and Wil Chaffee represented the buyer; Albright Callister & Associates’ Bryan Houser represented the seller.
