RevZilla Motorsports recently signed a long-term lease inside KTR Capital Partners’ Warm Springs Crossing, on 17.7 acres, at 7440 Dean Martin Dr. in Las Vegas. Transaction tems were not disclosed. Jones Lang LaSalle’s Senior Vice Presidents Bret Davis and Dean Kaufman represented the leasee; CB Richard Ellis’ Gabe Telles represented the lessor. It marks the first location in the Western U.S. for the online motorsports equipment company. “RevZilla wanted a Las Vegas location so that it could streamline logistics for its West Coast clients,” said Kaufman. “We were able to take advantage of current market conditions and secure a lease at favorable terms in a prime location.” RevZilla Moves into Warm Springs Crossing
