Robert T. Eglet Advocacy Center’s new 4-story, 49,200-square-foot law office at 400 S. Seventh St. in downtown Las Vegas recently acquired $16 million in construction financing. TMC’s Ann Santiago sourced the 20-year, 4.28% SBA 504 loan through Bank of Nevada. Robert T. Eglet will occupy approximately 61% of the space with plans to occupy 80% of the building within three years. The Korte Co. is the general contractor, with Design Cell as architect. Construction is expected to finish in early 2013.
