SAXA’s Durango Village Sells OutSAXA Development’s $50 million, 96,000-square-foot Durango Village has finally sold-out. The 4-year-old, 10-acre office complex at Durango Drive and Patrick Lane in Las Vegas consists of 12 buildings with divisibility from 1,200 to 29,000 square feet. Cushman & Wakefield-Commerce Real Estate Solutions’ Dana Berggren has represented the project from its inception. LV Quanta Investments recently bought the final two-story, 24,459-square-foot Building L, on 2.18 acres, at 6010 S. Durango Drive for $1,602,064, or $65.50 per square foot, from Durango Plaza Investors LLC. Best Realty Management’s Eric Owings represented the buyer.
