Sonoran Real Estate Group bought the 6-year-old, 95,212-square-foot Scottsdale Plaza, on 14 acres, at 8716 Maryland Parkway in Las Vegas for $4.4 million, or $46 per square foot, from Quality Properties Asset Management Co. McMenemy Investment Services’ Ron McMenemy represented the buyer; Gatski Commercial’s Lisa Brady and Mike Richards represented the seller.
