4740 Arville LV LLC bought the former 10,800-square-foot Seamless Gentleman’s Club, on 1.44 acres, at 4710 and 4740 S. Arville Street in Las Vegas for $3.5 million, or $324 per square foot, from CM 3MO 1-3359 LLC. Colliers International’s Grant Traub represented the seller. Déjà Vu Presents Vince Neil’s Girls, Girls, Girls currently occupies the 7-year-old building, with 3-level parking garage and 800-square-foot basement. The adult entertainment tenant has since become the property owner, despite heavy competition from “several qualified bids,” said Traub.
