Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church purchased the approximately 3.13 acre vacant land parcel located northeast of Dapple Gray Dr. in Las Vegas (APNs: 125-20-401-003 and 005). The transaction value was $840,000. Vince Schettler of Colliers International represented the sellers, Dapple Gray Drive Trust and Roma Investments Group.
