The Siegel Group bought the 4-year-old Northpoint Business Center at 4240, 4210 & 4150 N. Lamb Blvd. in Las Vegas for $1.45 million, or $30 per square foot, from Lamb Blvd. and Gobi Sands Ave, LLC. The complex consists of three two-story buildings with 14 flexible warehouse office spaces. The property was 77% leased at the time of sale. Siegel plans to reposition the property.
