Wyandotte Inc. bought the two-story 24,034-square-foot former Sonic Automotive building, on 2.11 acres, at 5050 E. Russell Road in Las Vegas for $2.2 million, or $92-per-square-foot, from the Kathleen & Adrian Varni Trust. MDL Group’s Neil Dela Cruz represented the buyer; Marcus & Millichap’s Katherine Bergh represented the seller.
