RRFC Enterprises LLC signed a 5-year $291,156 lease for 8,272 square feet of industrial space inside the 14-year-old Southtech, on 1.99 acres, at 3485 W. Harmon Ave., Suite 100, in Las Vegas. Gatski Commercial’s Rob Lujan and Jason Simon represented the lessor, CV PropCo LLC; Coldwell Banker Premier Realty’s Fred Buonacorsi represented the tenant in thetransaction. The reported average rent equals 59 cents per square foot.
