GKT II LLC bought 81.06 acres of vacant industrial land at U.S. Highway 95 and Spring Canyon in Las Vegas for $4.5 million, or $55,514-per-acre, from the Martinez Family LP. Voit Real Estate’s Kevin Higgins, Garrett Toft and Zac Zaher represented the seller.
