LAS VEGAS (June 21, 2022) —Sun Commercial Real Estate Inc. announced today the closing of the following transactions:

The Sale of Land to Magnum Estates, LLC, comprised of 211.512 acres located at the SEC of Montgomery Rd & Selma Hwy, Casa Grande, Arizona 85193. The total value of the transaction was $2,538,144.00. Lisa Hauger, of Sun Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented the Seller, Talon Mountain, LLC.

The Lease of Retail space to Show Plus LV, comprised of 14,417 square feet located at 2960 S. Highland Suite K, Las Vegas, Nevada 89109. The total value of the transaction was $846,846.00. Jenny Li of Sun Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented the Tenant.

The Lease of Retail space to Monarch Wellness, LLC, comprised of 4,000 square feet located at 4160 S Pecos Rd Suite 11-13, Las Vegas, Nevada 89121. The total value of the transaction was $331,430.14. Jenny Li of Sun Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented the Landlord, Wazir Enterprises II, LP.

The Lease of a Retail space to Optic Gallery Horizon Ridge LLC, comprised of 2,604 square feet located at 1730 W Horizon Ridge Parkway Suite 120, Henderson, Nevada 89012. The total value of the transaction was $249,984. Pete Janemark of Sun Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented the Landlord, SB 90210, LLC.

The Lease of an Office space to Laboratory Corporation of America, comprised of 2,134 square feet located at 2535 W. Cheyenne Ave. Suite 105, Las Vegas, Nevada 89032. The total value of the transaction was $179,768. Ed Bassford and Mike Brazill of Sun Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented the Landlord, Manpower Cheyenne, LLC.

The Lease of an Office space to P.U.S.H. Support Services, LLC, comprised of 2,000 square feet located at 4160 S. Pecos Rd. Suite 18 and 19, Las Vegas, Nevada 89121. The Lease of an Office space to Clean and Healthy Homes, LLC, comprised of 2,468 square feet located at 8170 W Sahara Avenue Suite 106-107, Las Vegas, Nevada 89117. The total value of the transaction was $106,404.88. Mike Brazill and Ed Bassford of Sun Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented the Landlord, Manpower Professional Center, LLC.
