Tan Factory signed a 65-month, $164,160 lease for 1,800 square feet of retail space inside the 7-year-old Eastern Commons, on 1.61 acres, at 10575 S. Eastern Ave. in Henderson. Gatski Commercial’s Nicholas Barber, Jeremy Foley and Jason Brooks represened the landlord, CW Capital. The reported average rent equals $1.40 per square foot.
