Aurum Property LLP bought a 15-year-old 6,100-square-foot industrial building, on 0.35 acres, inside the Teco Industrial Park at 6440 Schirlls Street in Las Vegas for $700,000, or $115-per-square-foot, from the Stout Family. MDL Group’s James Griffis represented the seller; Colliers International’s Chris Lane represents the buyer.
