Aurum Properties LP bought a 15-year-old 6,100-square-foot industrial building, on 0.35 acres, inside Teco Industrial Park at 6440 Schirlls St. in Las Vegas for $700,000, or $115-per-square-foot, from the Stout Family. Colliers International’s Dan Doherty, Susan Borst, Chris Lane, and Jerry Doty of represented the buyer.
