One Nevada Credit Union bought 1.78 acres of vacant land at the southwest corner of Durango Drive and Spanish Ridge Avenue in Las Vegas for $900,000, or $505,618-per-acre, from El Dorado and Miller Investments. Colliers International’s Robert Torres and Scott Gragson represented the seller.
