Novat Hill bought a 3,600-square-foot Terrible Herbst gas station and retail convenience store, on 1.1 acres, inside Durango Diamond Trails at 8594 Blue Diamond Road in Las Vegas for $1,775,000, or $493 per square foot, from GB Partners LLC. Colliers International’s Berg Investment Group represented the buyer.
