Third Quarter LV Office Market Forges Ahead
Despite weak employment numbers, Southern Nevada’s office market still saw almost 100,000 square feet of positive net absorption in the third quarter, reports John Stater, research director for the Las Vegas office of Colliers International. Office vacancy, meanwhile, dropped two-tenths of a
point to 23.5% while average asking rents stayed stable at $1.90 per square foot on a full service Gross basis. For the full report, CLICK HERE.
