Jones Blvd., in Las Vegas for $778,888 or $411.02 per square foot. Ansheng Liu with Landmark Realty represented the buyer and Logic Commercial’s Jason Otter, Chris Richardson & Leslie Vasquez represented the seller, Book Jones, LLC.
