Union Gaming Group signed a 5-year lease renewal for 2,985 square feet inside a five-story, 16-year-old Class-A office building, on 3.76 acres, inside Hughes Center at 3930 Howard Hughes Parkway in Las Vegas. The lease value was not disclosed. Colliers International’s Lizz Stilley, Tom Stilley and Ryan Martin represented the lessor, Crescent Real Estate Equities; Grubb & Ellis’ Larry Singer and Mike Tabeek represented the tenant.
