Raccoon Enterprises LLC bought the 3-story, 50,303-square-foot View 215 office building, on 2.28 acres, at 9130 W. Russell Road in Las Vegas for $3 million, or $60 per square foot, from CML-NV Cauldron LLC. Colliers International’s Tom Stilley, Lizz Stilley and Ryan Martin represented the seller; Colliers International’s Grant Traub represented the buyer.
