Voit Real Estate Services last night held an open house for its new Las Vegas office located inside Rainbow Sunset Pavilion at 6385 S. Rainbow Boulevard, Suite 100. Core Construction performed the 7,667-square foot tenant improvement. Voit occupies the ground-floor inside the 3-year-old, 8-story “Building B.” “Our growth in client demand in the Las Vegas market during the last 24 months has been strong, requiring additional boots on the ground in this region, as well as a new space,” said Mike Montandon, managing director of Voit’s Las Vegas office. “We are currently handling more than 1.2 million square feet of assignments in this office.”Voit Moves into New Las Vegas Office
