Voit Real Estate recently bought the 6-building, 172,328-sqyuare-foot Cheyenne Technology Center, on 24 acres, at 3355-3675 W. Cheyenne Ave. in North Las Vegas for $11.9 million, or $69 per square foot, from Bank of America. It marks Voit’s first investment acquisition in more than five years. The Newport Beach, Calif.-based firm plans to spend $700,000 upgrading and repositioning the flex-industrial property, which was 52% occupied at the time of sale. Voit’s Garrett Toft, Eric Larkin and Zac Zaher are the leasing agents. The property once known as the NorthPort Business Center was originally developed by Jackson-Shaw Co.
