WIillmore Industrial Team Represents New Industrial Complex in SW Las Vegas


LAS VEGAS (July 28, 2020) – The Willmore Industrial Team at Colliers International | Las Vegas announced they are exclusively representing both marketing and leasing for The Mountain West Industrial Park, a 31-acre industrial complex located in the southwest part of the valley that broke ground on Phase 1 development July 17.

The Mountain West Industrial Park, located near Rainbow Boulevard and the 215 Interchange, features four multi-tenant and warehouse buildings that range from ±6,400 to 71,500 square feet and include ±30 feet minimum clear height, evaporative cooled warehouse, ESFR fire sprinklers, minimum 200 amps, 277/480 volt, three-phase power to each unit and multiple dock-hi and grade level truck loading doors to each unit. The project is zoned M-D light industrial and will ultimately include 500,000 square feet of multi-tenant, light distribution space.
