office building in Capitol Hill in Denver, CO. Kyle Malnati, Zack Jenkins, and Sam
Bretz worked with the Seller in the transaction.
1330 N. Logan St. sold for $1,200,000 (Price/Unit: $92,307; Price/SF: $332.32; Cap Rate:
8.46%). “The Seller purchased the property three years ago and made a $675,000 profit which
equates to a 18% annual appreciation rate. The Buyer, was drawn to this apartment building due
to its excellent finish and high cap rate. This also the 6th transaction we have completed with the
