NavPoint Real Estate Group Executes Lease of 13,622 SF Retail Space in Louisville to Publicly Traded Dollar Tree

Louisville, CO – NavPoint Real Estate Group is pleased to announce it has executed the lease of 655 E South Boulder Road, a 13,622 SF retail space formerly occupied by Walgreens.

Dollar Tree—an American multi-price-point chain of discount variety stores—has signed a lease on the space for the next 10 years.

“Executing the publicly traded Dollar Tree for nearly 14,000 SF in the Village Square project in what was formerly a Walgreens location was the culmination of the value-add strategy for the ownership group of this project when it was acquired in Spring 2021. We are confident Dollar Tree will have a long and successful tenancy at this demographically solid location in Boulder County,” stated Matt Call of NavPoint.

The landlord, DCP Louisville LLC, was represented by Mike Quinlan and Matt Call of NavPoint Real Estate Group. The tenant, Dollar Tree Stores Inc, was represented by Cameron Flint with CBRE.

This lease was executed in February 2023.
