SVN Announces Sale of former Boulder Canyon Alps Inn

CO, Boulder  SVN | Denver Commercial, one of Colorado’s top producing real estate

investment brokerage firms, is pleased to announce the sale of 38619 Boulder Canyon in Boulder, CO.

The 15,514 sq. ft. former inn sold for $4,219,000 after being on the market for over 7.5 years.

Liz Leder with SVN | Denver Commercial represented the buyer, Mohr Boulder, LLC on behalf of Sandstone Care, LLC.

 

The property was under contract for 13 months during which a special use zoning change was unanimously approved by the Boulder County Planning Commissioners and the Boulder County Commissioners.

 

The Alps Inn will serve as an adolescent mood disorder clinic, while retaining the historical character of the Boulder Canyon Alps Inn.
