Denver, CO – NavPoint Real Estate Group is pleased to announce our client CULTURA HOLDINGS LLC has completed the purchase of a freestanding industrial building located at 2001-2009 S Cherokee Street. The property consists of a 7,400 SF building with one dock-high door that sits on approximately 0.3 acres of land.

The buyer, CULTURA HOLDINGS LLC, was represented by Mike Quinlan of NavPoint Real Estate Group. The seller, Scott James Souder and Mary R Souder, was represented by Brian Basham of Basham Investments LLC.

This transaction successfully closed in April 2023.
