[Denver, CO, Thursday, February 23rd 2023] – Colliers Multifamily Advisory Group announced the sale of Fox Meadows Apartments for $36,801,000 which equates to $266,674 per unit and about $294 per square foot. Fox Meadows is a 138-unit partial LIHTC community, built in 2001 and located at 3644 South Timberline Road, Fort Collins, Colorado, just minutes to the Colorado State University.
Bill Morkes and Craig Stack of Colliers represented the seller and also sourced the private buyer. The transaction included a very attractive, fully amortizing, fixed-rate HUD loan assumption.
