(December 2020) Midtown Capital Partners LLC, a Miami-based real estate investment and asset management firm with over $800 million under management, has acquired the RT Kratos Headquarters in Colorado Springs, a 100% leased, institutional quality, Class-A office building, located at 12515 Academy Ridge View for a purchase price of $43.5 million.
The three-story best-in-class buildings consists of 153,817 square feet of first-generation office space. Kratos occupies the entire building. The tenant’s products and services are used by 75% of commercial satellite operators worldwide and support almost all US space mission.
