Colorado Springs, CO – NavPoint Real Estate Group is pleased to announce it has completed the sale of 5371-5759 N Academy Boulevard, an office property consisting of 30,843 SF located within the Centerpointe Plaza shopping center.

Centerpointe Plaza is located at one of the city’s busiest intersections at the southeast corner of North Academy Boulevard and Vickers Drive. The property offers easy access to Interstate 25 and is only an hour’s drive from Denver.
