The seller, Nguyen Partners LLC, was represented by Mike Quinlan of NavPoint Real Estate Group. The buyer, SimonCRE C550 III, LLC, was represented by Jake Schisel and Courtney Key of Sullivan Hayes Brokerage.
Mike Quinlan of NavePoint Real Estate Group also represented the seller when they originally purchased the property for $499,000 on April 20, 2016.
This transaction successfully closed in April 2023.
