The Buyer, B2B Property LLC, was represented by Matt Call and Jeff Brandon of NavPoint Real Estate Group and the seller, Martin Wissner Living Trust, was represented by Dave Drahn of Coldwell Banker.

This transaction successfully closed in April 2021.
