SVN Arranges Sale of Investment Property Prior to Going on the Market

Loveland, CO November 30, 2020 – SVN | Denver Commercial, one of Colorado’s top producing real estate investment brokerage firms, is pleased to announce the sale of 2940 Ginnala Drive in Loveland.  The 6,971 sq. ft. office property was sold for $ 1,925,000.

Cobey Wess with the SVN | Denver Commercial Northern Colorado Division represented the Seller, IRA-End, Inc., and provided the Buyer, a Colorado-based partnership.

The property went under contract prior to going on the market. Fresenius Medical Care, a national credit tenant is the sole tenant.
