Aquatech Corp. bought a 3-year-old 6,804-square-foot building, on 05.9 acres, inside The Park at Spanish Ridge at 8816 Spanish Ridge Ave. for $612,360, or $90 per square foot, from CML-NV SR, LLC. Faris Lee Investments’ Lisa Brady represented the buyer; Colliers International’s Patti Dillon, Ryan Martin, Tom Stilley and Lizz Stilley represented the seller. Aquatech purchased another 10,278-square-foot vacant office building inside The Park at Spanish Ridge in November for $889,325 or $87 per square foot. CLICK HERE for more information.
