Serenity Therapy has bought two freestanding office buildings totaling 11,984 square feet, on 0.29 acres, inside Summergate at 9414 and 9418 W. Lake Mead Blvd. in Las Vegas for $1.2 million, or $100-per-square-foot, from CML-NV AL NORTE LLC. ReMax’s Yvette Major represented the buyer; Colliers International’s Patti Dillon, Ryan Martin, Tom Stilley and Lizz Stilley represented the seller.
