Realty 360’s Tom and Rosie Buntic are opening a second Executive Suites location at 8565 S. Eastern Ave., on 1.05 acres, in Las Vegas. The 6-year-old 9,557-square-foot building was vacant for over 4 years. The eco-friendly makeover will consist of 45 office suites available for short-term rent. Buntic also has the 7,000-square-foot Sandhill Executive Suites at 6166 Sandhill Road.
