Women’s Specialty Care signed a 65-month, $500,437 lease for 5,172 square feet of office space inside the 10-year-old, two-story Seven Hills Medical Center at 880 Seven Hills Drive, Suite 140, in Henderson. Gatski Commercial’s Rob Lujan and Jason Simon represented the lessor, B&R Receivership; Keller Williams Realty’s Mike Pristow represented the lessee. The reported average rent equals $1.49 per square foot.
