CB Richard Ellis named Brien Pidgeon managing director of its Las Vegas office. He will oversee brokerage, sales, finance, project management and global gaming, among other services. Pidgeon was most recently president of Lawyers Title Insurance Corp. of Nevada. He replaces John Guedry as managing director who held the post for less than a year. Pidgeon is the sixth managing director of CB Richard Ellis’ local office in 11 years.
